Client had land with planning in the family for many years. However no build/development experience or sufficient value in the land to complete the development on their own.
The Solution
In addition to our debt solutions, we also have numerous equity provider who are always looking for returns on their investment. These range from investment only through to experienced developers who take on more of a hands on role.
We selected a blend of debt borrowing and an active equity partner for our clients. The development in now well underway and the profit margin is a healthy 28%. Not only are the client and equity partner going to make a healthy profit – as they’ve worked so well together, they’re already looking to work together on another site when this one is complete.
