Is it easy to switch?


Energy - We'll contact your energy provider to let them know you're changing providers. After a few weeks, we'll ask you for meter readings, at which point we'll start billing you for your energy, and your current supplier will stop (so you never lose service and won't pay for the same energy twice). Your old supplier will then arrange to send you a final invoice.



Broadband - We'll handle the entire process, which can take up to 14 days. We'll send you the equipment you need and, if necessary, arrange for an engineer to come out. You can keep your existing telephone number and if you don't have a telephone line we can install one for you.



Mobile - To keep your current number, text 'PAC' to 65075 to receive a code, which we can use to switch your number to your new SIM. You can do this when you place your order or once the service is set-up, via our UW app. We send most SIMs out the same working day and the switch happens in the background so won't disrupt your service.
